Do you have trouble accomplishing goals you’ve set for yourself?
The act of personal growth is a lot more challenging than it appears.
Personal growth is the process by which a person gains self-awareness and continually develops himself or herself to reach his or her full potential.
Achieving personal goals can require a lot of focus, determination, and motivation. It’s hard to maintain momentum while dealing with the pressures of everyday life. Sometimes just figuring out where to start can seem so overwhelming that it doesn’t seem worthwhile to even begin.
In this 6 week program, you will learn how to identify SMART goals, create appropriate, weekly objectives to work on obtaining those goals, and formulate an action plan to address and potentially eliminate obstacles interfering with the identified goals. You will be provided with consistent, weekly support and accountability as well as education on how to best work toward success.
You will receive 1 weekly hour long session in person or over the phone. During which, you will create the action plan for the week while also being educated on the given week’s topic. The week topics are as followed:
You will also receive twice a week accountability “check-ins” to help motivate and encourage your success.
The cost of the program is $500 but you don’t pay anything until after your first meeting. This gives you time to evaluate if the program is right for you. After that, you are committing to following the program through to completion.
